Courtney is passionate about perinatal mental health and has 8 years of experience working in the mental health field, supporting individuals and families in different stages of life. She is passionate about helping individuals get a deeper understanding of self, their relationships, and find healing in their journey. Courtney is dedicated to supporting and working closely with expectant and new parents by providing compassionate support, resources, and focusing on holistic care. Courtney is dedicated to fostering resilience, enhancing family relationships and empowering each person through every stage of life.
