Baleigh Stibbens, LCSW

Baleigh is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She has a Bachelor’s of art in Psychology with a minor in Family and Child Development, and a Master’s in Social Work. Baleigh is passionate about mental health and creating a safe space for people to be authentic, vulnerable and work through their struggles. Baleigh has experience working with adolescents, adults, and geriatric populations. She thrives on working with families during pregnancy, postpartum, and major life transitions. Baleigh also has experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression and chronic stress. As a social worker, she uses a strength based and empathetic approach to work collaboratively with the clients she sees. She is passionate about validating lived experiences, guiding clients through their therapeutic journey, and empowering them through life’s transitions.


When Baleigh is not in session, she is usually taking care of the sweetest & most mischievous fur children, being the “fun” auntie to seven nieces and nephews, learning new ways to grow things in her garden, reading a good book, out hiking, eating good food, traveling to new places, and soaking up quality time with her husband and loved ones. Baleigh also enjoys volunteering at a local animal rescue and her church.
